Why did this sub go from a place calling out annoying leftists to a hate sub?

I've only been participating on Chambers for a year and a half now, but for that time, I didn't really know about this sub. I found it recently, and I was excited to see other people calling out the annoying leftists that I annoy daily online. They're the ones that make me ashamed to call myself a leftist for those reasons. Yeah, I'm a leftist, and the point of this sub was to call out the annoying leftists, not all leftists.<br><br>However, I quickly became aware of the fact that this sub sucks. It's just a hate sub for anyone even remotely left-leaning. I'm sorry if that has to be said, but it's just true. This sub is just a bunch of people that probably haven't even read Marx talking about how stupid and terrible leftists are. If we're so terrible, why are you here? Do you not know how to block people? Do you need people to agree with you? Well if that's the case, you're in the wrong place.<br><br>The annoying leftists are annoying, yes, but they're not the majority of leftists. They're not even the majority of the users of Chambers, it's just that they're loud and in your face. However, if you just take a moment to actually LISTEN to what we have to say, you'll realize that what we want isn't a communist revolution or a communist-based government. We want equality, real equality. Not what we have now, where the wealthier you are, the more equality you have. We want the same equality for everyone, no matter how much money you have.<br><br>This sub used to be a place to call out the annoying leftists that give us a bad name, but now it's just a hate sub for leftists. Please stop letting people that have never actually read Marx and realize what we're trying to go for post here.
