how do i stop thinking about catgirls all the time?

first of all i can't stand catgirls. however, ever since i saw them in an anime, i genuinely can't stop thinking about them. even though i hate them. <br><br>it's like this demon in my head that is constantly telling me to look at catgirls and read about them. i am not a fan of them. i don't think it's a good idea for me to be reading about them. is there a way i can make myself stop thinking about catgirls all the time. any advice would be greatly appreciated. i don't even LIKE catgirls.
