AITA for not visiting my sick cousin because she posted my medical history on social media.

My cousin F23 had a congenital heart defect and had open heart surgery when she was a kid. I also had a congenital heart defect and had an open heart surgery when I was a kid (this is something I do not like to talk about) Now I have a severe heart problems as well as a secondary condition that has made me immunocompromised due to longterm medication. <br><br>My cousin has also developed secondary conditions thanks to her heart problems, though none of them are as serious as mine. For this reason she often posts on social media about how she is sick and how she needs support. Even though she is sick she is not as sick as I am, but recently she asked my dad why he hasn't brought me by to visit her and spend time with her. I do not want to spend time with my cousin because she is a very toxic and manipulative person and I do not want to be bothered with her.<br><br>I do not post about my health problems on social media but my cousin decided to post on her story the other day with "I am feeling really overwhelmed with my sickness. My cousin has a severe heart condition like me but for some reason she is able to go on trips and have a lot of fun even though she is much sicker than I am."<br><br>I was really upset by this and I blocked her on social media. I told my dad that I do not want to be bothered at all with my cousin because she posted my medical history on social media. My dad told me to drop it but I do not want to. AITA for not wanting to be bothered with this person?<br><br>EDIT: I blocked her because I did not want to see her posts but I am connected with our cousins and other extended family on social media and they alerted me to the post.
