OpenAI is asking me to prove that my own daughter is not a child. Please advise how to get my account back

OpenAI simply locked my account without knowing any reason for two days. Today I received an e-mail to prove my identity that I am not a child. It is necessary to make a selfie with a piece of paper containing the code provided in the e-mail and my ID (driver's license). <br><br>However, I gave the help phone number to my 6 years old daughter and I donated my old ID to some charity. <br><br>Please help me how to cope with this situation.
