The reason why Lithuanians are growing more and more nationalist have nothing to do with Putin's support but it's in fact due to their own insecurity and trauma.

Europe's worst perma-boglims are going more nationalist because of a deep-seated fear, that their country is going to get erased from the European map. I know that that Lithuanian boglims deny this, but I'm right here to tell you that I'm correct because I've observed many case studies of North American boglims who are also very defensive about their heritage.
