Lithuania should be replaced with Forestia

I have done research, and found out that Lithuania is blocking the creation of Forestia which will most likely be the first country in the world which will have a hundred percent of it's territory covered in forest. Lithuania is currently covering fifty one percent of Forestia's territory.
