How do I make hot chocolate?

I live in another country right now and don't have either hot chocolate or milk powder. It's also a little expensive to buy milk for me. I'm usually using a lot of milk powder for my cereal. I want to make hot chocolate but I feel like I don't have the necessary ingredients. <br><br>Is there any way I can make hot chocolate without having to buy milk powder?
