Sometimes I still think it is all a simulation

Well here we are, humanity, civilization, freedom and all that. Well, do you ever find it odd that so many things have aligned so that society, culture, politics, the economy, internet, social media, and seemingly everything has aligned to make the world we live in today? <br><br>Why does it seem like it was predetermined? Is there a path for humanity that has been decided for us? Even bad things like wars, political campaigns, and social movements, it all seems like it was to get us to where we are now. <br><br>I wish that I could speak to other civilizations like us, are they similar? What are their outcomes in the end? Did they follow the same paths that we did? It’s all really interesting to me. And also it speaks to the nature of the simulation. Are we on a set path that will align with other civilizations, or are we unique in our own ways. I guess I just can’t get my head around the idea of time. Is it even real? Are we on a set path that we cannot escape? <br><br>Just some weird thoughts
