Dear Gun Grabbers

You guys can stop trying now. The horse is beaten, the fish is dead, the whales have swam away. What ever metaphor you want to use, you've lost. By your own rules you've lost. By your own words you've lost, by your own data you've lost. This is like the 100th time the gun grabbing in this country has been brought to the table and the answer is the same always...no, atleast not today. You guys need to go back to the drawing board and reevaluate your strategy, maybe make some new tactics, and all that good stuff. I think at this point we can all say that none of us are surprised at the outcome of the vote (you know, for those who actually care about this issue). We all knew it was going to turn out this way. That being said, what we have just done here is cement the fact that we like our guns, and our rights, and we want to keep them. If you are for more gun control and not for my rights then I have nothing but disdain for you. How can one say they want to take away my rights and then claim to be worried about me and my well-being? Your entire argument is based on a lie and you all know it. You say you want to protect me from myself but we all know that is not true. We all know you want to protect yourself from me and only me. How dare you look me in the eye and tell me that you want to protect me but your methods of doing so are to take away my rights? How dare you say you care about me but have no problem with taking my right to protect myself away from me? How dare you look me in the eye. You don't care about me, or my safety, or my well-being. If you did you would be arguing for the opposite. You would be trying to help me protect myself, my family, and my home from the criminal. You would be trying to figure out ways to make guns more safe, to make more people protect themselves more, and you would be on my side. But you're not because in reality you are the one who fears me. You look at me and think of the absolute worst. You look at me and see a murderer. And that is disgusting. And you call me a paranoid gun nut for thinking that you want to take my guns away? Atleast my paranoia is grounded in fact. Yours is grounded in what? Emotion? Gut feeling? What? You guys can go fuck yourselves. I am not a criminal. I don't look at you and see a murderer. I don't see some sort of monster that needs exorcised. Everytime a gun is used in a crime I don't immediately think of myself. I don't see myself as a threat to society. Why do you? So just stop now. I am never going to let you get away with whatever the hell it is you are trying to do. And neither are the rest of gun people. You are trying to take away my right to protect myself. You are trying to take away my right to bear arms. And you are trying to take away my right to life. You call that protecting me? What the hell is wrong with you? You want to disarm me? You want to make me more vulnerable to crime? What the hell kind of sense does that make. I can't imagine going out and telling people to disarm themselves and make themselves more vulnerable to crime. That's like telling people to go out and get cancer. "Yeah, I know Chemotherapy will probably help you not die from that cancer but I think its important that we treat everyone the same and that means no chemotherapy for you." What? Why on earth would anyone say that? Its perfectly logical to say that the sick be treated, not that the healthy be made sick. <br><br>I had a long post with statistics and facts that prove how inefficient gun control is and how it has never worked for any other country (except for I think Australia? Maybe?) but then I realized that I was trying to have a debate with someone who has already lost on a topic they have already lost on for the 100th time. It is no longer about views, or facts, or anything other than pure unadulterated hate and shear willpower. If you want to take away my rights you are my enemy and you always will be. Your actions are treasonous. If you are not for my rights then you are against them. And if you are not helping me protect myself then you are making me more vulnerable to harm. What you are doing is treason. You are going against the constitution, and the will of the people, and your own citizenry. What you are doing is treason. And if you have nothing better to do than to try and take away my rights and my right to protect myself then maybe you don't deserve any of your rights. <br><br>We will continue to fight for our rights and if you continue to try and take them away from us then we will continue to fight you with vigor and passion. We will continue to grow in size, in strength, and in knowledge. We will continue to organize, we will continue to fight, and we will continue to win. You just need to stop. Looking at you right now, I want to tell you to go fuck yourself. You are my enemy. You are my sworn enemy. You are the enemy of freedom, of rights, and of the American people. You are the enemy and you always will be. Why do you keep doing this? Why do you keep trying? Why do you keep talking? Can you not see that you've lost? Can you not see that you will lose? Can you not see that you have always lost? Can you not see that you will always lose? Why? <br><br>I can't end this post as I usually do. I can't say "Thank you all for your time." or "Have a great day" or "Peace and love." I can't do that now. That's not how I feel. Now I just feel disdain and contempt for you. You people make me sick. I am fine with people who disagree with me but not with people who have lost their minds. You are the true nutjobs. We're the crazy ones? How dare you. How dare you say that about me. How dare you say that about us. How dare you say that about our great nation. I can not end this post the way I normally do. How dare you.
