Do women like Wasserstein or Gloria Allred get offended when other women call them "sweetheart", "honey", "hun", "girl", or "doll"?

Ever notice these types of women can be so quick to demand men drop terms like Ms. and Ma'am, substituting them for something more "respectful" but then you'll have either other women or even men calling them these terms like "sweetheart" and they seem fine with it? All hypocrisy aside, I just wonder what goes through their head when they hear it and if it's offensive to them too.
