I’ve been a witch for 6 years, what am I doing wrong?

I’ve been practicing witchcraft for about six years now and I love it. I practice Wicca and also practice certain things that I just learned from online, mainly YouTube, that are just helpful and interesting. I’ve been doing spellwork for just about my whole six years and I really haven’t seen any results. I’m really disappointed. Is there something wrong with my spells? Am I doing it wrong? I just don’t know what to do or how to fix it. I’ve just been experimenting with different types of spells and different ways of doing them, but nothing seems to work. I’m not really sure what I’m doing wrong. I don’t want to give up on this, but nothing that I do seems to work. I’ve tried things like divination, manifestation, moon phases, tarot cards, and a bunch of other stuff. I’m not even kidding. I really need help. I would really appreciate any advice or tips that you have. <br><br><br>This is kind of a last resort, so please just tell me what I’m doing wrong and help me fix this.
