Meal prep on $50-70/week??

I had been meal prepping for a couple of years and I worked at a grocery store with great prices, which really only cost me $50/week. I just moved into a new place, close to my job which is great but being in a different city, the grocery stores aren’t as cheap and I’m now spending $70-80/week.

I was spending $50/week on this each week:

3 lbs boneless chicken breasts, 1 pint of almonds, 1 box of oatmeal, 2 boxes of whole grain pasta, 3 lbs of frozen mixed veggies, 2 dozen large eggs, 2 gallons of 2% milk, 1 loaf whole grain bread, 2 jars of marinara sauce, and 1 bag of frozen berries.

Pasta was the cornerstone of each meal with the chicken and veggies, oats for breakfast with almond toppings, and berries for my snack with almond milk, and a weekly hard-boiled egg snack was a standard as well. Sometimes I’d use some of the chicken to make chicken sandwiches and sometimes scramble some of the eggs with toast.

I don’t want to spend $80/week anymore because $50/week is where I’m comfortable. Can anybody help a guy out? I don’t have a deep freezer, only a normal side-by-side fridge/freezer combo. So, I don’t need to buy anything in bulk. I’m not looking for recipes, just a grocery list that mirrors the same kinds that I was buying, except at a lower price-range.

Thanks!
