Amazon Job Opportunity, 100k+ salary or 80k + 10% bonus, 10k signing bonus, relocation assistance

Hi everyone, <br>I (39/F) recently got accepted to a role at Amazon that I am really interested in and I had no idea that they pay this much. I honestly do not know what to do. I still have 2 kids at home (5th grade and 9th grade) and they have other siblings but for some reason none of us live in the same city. <br>I have been to Seattle before and I did like the vibe, I actually thought of moving there a few years ago with my kids but it didn't work out. The role I was offered is a remote one but I would have to move there for 3 months a year, it sounds great to me if I was single but with kids it's not that easy. I talked to both of my kids and they are not excited about the idea but I understand them. <br>The job I have now pays much less but it's a lot easier, 40 hr work week and more free time on the weekends. I don't think I can turn down the Amazon offer but it's scary since I have not done anything like this in my life. <br>Any thoughts would be appreciated. <br>TIA.
