Teachers who find a job for next year right after school ends, how do you do it? And do you have the summers off?

I am so tired of the uncertainty of not knowing if I’ll have a job from year to year and I’m looking to transition into a traditional school.<br><br>I’ve been apply to schools since January but it seems like no one is looking to hire teachers until the end of the school year. I have been in education for 10 years but it seems like no one wants to hire someone with experience. <br><br>What did your resume and cover letter look like? What made you stand out in an interview?
