I'm going to ask a girl out tomorrow, how should I do it?

I've been friends with this girl for two years, and I've had feelings for her for the whole time. She told me she's been feeling the same way for about a year. I've already asked her out before and she turned me down but she's said she was in a weird spot and I think she's ready to date now. I want to make an awesome first date off of a strong first impression. Help.<br><br>Edit: so I just did it and I'm feeling really good about how it went.<br>She was about to leave and I walked her out, then I told her how much she means to me and what she's done for me and then I asked her out.<br><br>Edit 2: We talked a lot tonight and we're going on a date tomorrow night.
