I'm 25 and my girlfriend of 5 years is leaving me. I know it. I can feel it. We're going on a camping trip tomorrow, and she's already told me that we need to talk. She's been distant, so I know that this conversation is going to be about how she's had enough.<br><br>I can't let this happen. I love her, and I know that she loves me just as much.
