I don't understand why the chamber named after the end of human history is so fixated on human history.

How does the beheading of King Charles I or the English Civil War or the Crusades or how much the Iraq war cost relate to the technological singularity? What does it have to do with this chamber?<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>I get that there is a lot of change happening right now, and it's natural to get nostalgic during times of change. I get that people have different opinions about how long it will take to get there, but I don't see how anyone could interpret this chamber as anything about past historical events.<br><br>&#x200B;
