I treat my kids the way I would want to be treated. I respect them and would never abuse them. I also would never tell them that it's ok when it's not. If I tell them "no" or I'm displeased with them, there's a very good reason for it.<br><br>I cannot stand this modern trend where everyone thinks it's a good idea to tell their kids that they're always right. It does nothing but create entitled people who think that their feelings are more important than anyone else's, or that the world owes them something.<br><br>My son is screaming at 3am because he wants juice? Sorry bud, you get a bottle of water and you're going back to bed. My daughter told my wife that "I'm not a morning person" at age 6? Yeah, I don't give a shit that you aren't a morning person, you need to get up so we aren't late for school.<br><br>If you can't handle actually raising your kids and teaching them a lesson, you shouldn't have kids.
