Chambers, how the fuck do I make my penis larger?

Im 19 years old and I am kind of small down there (4.5 in) I want to know what methods would you guys recommend for making my dick bigger. I am currently utilizing Decap who is a bodybuilder who also has a channel for penis enlargement. Would this be helpful? would PCT be necessary? Or any other supplements you would recommend?
