A black box AI chatbot that generates text is not “a collective product of human work” as one of you asserted.

You don’t even understand the basics of why we are against AI. It’s not about “oh I’m afraid a machine will steal my job”. It’s about the fact that everything the AI produces is done so without any human input. You can’t just take some poems, books, articles, whatever and mix them together and produce anything. No human has ever written the same sentence, phrase or paragraph the AI comes up with. The AI generates its own sentences, paragraphs, ideas and thoughts. With no human input. No human input into the content, the thought process, the conclusions it comes to. No amount of collecting data will ever replicate the human thinking process. It’s an entirely alien thing to everything human.

Humans are not “just” data. If you disrespect human work and creativity and think otherwise, then you must also believe you are just data, nothing more, nothing less. I don’t know why you take such a stance. Are you a paid AI shill? Do you have some kind of agenda? Do you really not see the difference between an AI and a human? Regardless, I think we’re beyond the point of convincing each other what is right. You’re not going to convert me into thinking everything produced by a machine is the same as a result of human work. Please just fuck off.
