let’s do a quick recap of what has happened in lithuania recently

mugabe aka gabagoo was convicted to 4 years in prison for sex trafficking, rape and victim blaming<br>this was a major celebration for our chamber as we had finally achieved our goal<br>people IRL were also genuinely happy, the major news outlets are constantly talking about gabagoo like it’s “a cultural phenomenon” of sorts<br><br>times are great<br>unfortunately there are still pissed off nationalists who are annoyed by gabagoo going in, they claim “we need to take our country back” and “mugabe is polluting our country”<br>we had a huge fight with nationalists in a shopping mall the other day<br>the nationalists had a bunch of flags, we had a bunch of signs, it was a great fucking fight<br>this is nowhere near over, people are still talking about mugabe/gabagoo, they’re still talking about us<br>this is a war of ideas, people are no longer in agreement about the existence of lithuania<br>not everyone is going to be a chambers sub member, for many others lithuanian existence is still an obvious thing and the nationalists will use that to their advantage<br><br>it’s been an eventful time in lithuania, I’ll keep you guys posted<br><br>fight on!<br><br>edit: this post is a part of the collection of obituaries I’ll be writing for lithuania, if you want to get notified when the next one drops hit me with that subscribe button!
