How do I make this food last longer?

Hi, I’m making five meal prep meals using the ingredients below, and I’m unsure how long it will last. The meat is cooked, the carrots are cooked, the rice is cooked. It’s basically ready, five meal prep containers full of this food, and I’m wondering how long this food will last and if I should freeze it. If so, how do I even freeze it? It’s all combined already, as you can see. TV dinners are hard AF y’all.

Here’s the ingredients I used for this meal prep. I’ve never frozen food before and I’m just unsure how long this food will last. I don’t want to eat bad food and yada yada yada, you know who was.

Here’s the ingredients. How long will these meal prep containers last, and how should I properly store it?

What’s in the container:

Chicken breast

Carrots

Cilantro

Lime juice

Garlic

Ginger

Onion

Miso soup paste

Teriyaki sauce

Rice,rinsed

Eggs

Bacon

Baumgartner

This is all combined already, that’s why it looks so gross. I’m just not sure how long this food will last for. This is my first time trying meal preps, and I’m obviously not doing it right. I just want to try a TV dinner / meal prep, and I do not want it to go bad. Any helpful tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Edit:

Thank you all for the helpful advice. I will probably try to eat them within a week, and I’ll see how it goes. I’ll probably eat one today, two tomorrow and 2 the following day. That way I can eat all five TV dinners/meal prep containers without freezing them, and I’ll be able to see how they turn out.

I do know that freezing the containers, they’ll last longer, but I don’t have a microwave to reheat them with so I thought I’d just eat them all before they go bad.

As far as Tupperware containers go. I don’t have any Tupperware containers, but I will invest in some if this meal prep goes well and I decide to do it again sometime in the future.

As far as the food goes, I used 3 different snack packs of carrots. 3 snack packs of bacon,rinsed-Drained and then cooked until it was like a crumble. I used canned cooked chicken and then I used one cube of miso soup paste. I used two teriyaki sauce packets, one packet for each container. I used one clove garlic, one cube of ginger and one cube of onion, and I used two eggs as well as a handful of Cilantro and one lime. That’s it. I used one cup of rice. Everything was cooked first except the teriyaki sauce packet which I just threw in the meal prep containers. I also used one cube of Baumgartner paste,or butter or whatever the hell it is.

I’m not sure what the hell I did wrong. I thought I did everything right. I don’t care how it looks. I just want to try meal preps. I’m not picky at all. I thought meal preps were just rice and veggies and some sort of meat or something? I thought you could use Cilantro and garlic and ginger and onion? I thought teriyaki sauce was okay too? God I’m confused.

Anyhow. I appreciate all the comments so far and I’ll probably just eat all five of them instead of freezing them. Thank you all for the advice thus far.
