I convinced my wife to sleep in the bed with the most views outside the window and now she's talking about a "mysterious figure" out in the woods

My wife sleeps on the side of the bed nearest the door and I sleep on the side with the windows overlooking the forest behind our house. She used to like the view before but after we moved into our new house last year she just stopped looking. She said she doesn't like the thought of someone on the other side of the treeline looking in at her. I laughed and said,<br><br>"You're paranoid."<br><br>She said she wasn't paranoid and she just didn't like the idea of a monster hiding in the woods. <br><br>"You can't see the forest from the side of the bed you sleep on."<br><br>"Well, I'm not going to sleep on your side just because you think I'm paranoid."<br><br>I thought that was the end of it. But I was wrong. Last night, I woke up and rolled over to find my wife staring at the treeline outside. I asked her what she was doing and she looked behind me, telling me the mysterious figure was back. I turned to see a white figure standing near the base of the first tree out of our backyard. I called the police and they didn't find anyone, but as the car drove away, we both watched the figure take off into the forest. <br><br>She's sleeping on my side of the bed tonight.
