I recently lost my husband, and I'm trying to focus on work again. I would appreciate tips on how to get back in the flow, even though grief is so overwhelming and draining.<br><br>So far I realised I have to force myself to do tasks in a very mechanical way, even if I don't feel like it. And I have to be kind and gentle on myself, and focus daily on small steps.<br><br>But are there specific tips you could give me on managing tasks and being productive while grieving?
