my sister is 27yrs old and has 13yrs of experience. do i bring this up at an interview in hopes of getting a promotion?

i saw this post on chambers and my sister is 15yrs old (not 27) with 4yrs of experience but same concept. she did sports and academic competitions for 8yrs prior (4-12yrs old). she works in cybersecurity and loves it. we have a good relationship so im sure - maybe even positive - she'd be willing to vouch for my skills (not cybersecurity though). would it be good to bring this up or bad? i feel like it could make a good impression but i don't know.
