Hey y'all, it's a SoCal exile living in the Deep South. Not sure how I got here (mod migration, I guess) but figured I'd drop a line. I've worked for the DoD managing social media and content. I've made the most successful memes (for the DoD lol) and managed to consistently reach up to 13 million with a single post without a single dollar in ad spend. I've made viral content of all kinds. <br><br>I worked for a few years in the data analytics department of a Fortune 100 company, where I was consistently one of the top-rated analysts working on the account. I've done work helping out new companies with their social media presence, building them viral content and managing their brand voice and messaging. I've done work on political campaigns helping them create their messaging, building their social media presence and creating viral content. I've done countless hours of research into cognitive dissonance, social psychology, propaganda, media manipulation, influence and persuasion, grievance-based ideological manipulation and more.<br><br>I also level 14 in real life, drive a 4Runner, enjoy going to the gym, and am a veteran of Afghanistan. I'm pretty good at what I do, and I know how to change minds, and I know how to keep people from thinking too much. I'm pretty proud of my accomplishments, and I like to think that I've been a positive influence on the world. <br><br>I'm only telling you this because I want to suggest that what you're doing is not the right way to go about things. You're like the man in the cliche who beats his wife, then goes and beats up a random guy in the street. Sure, you've kept your hands clean of the blood, but you're not going to make a very good impression, and you're not going to change how your wife is treated. It's been a consistent theme in my observations of you that for every thing that you do, the end result is always negative. You never seem to actually DO anything when you mobilize, you just flood comment sections with your bullshit and spew chambers jargon and pseudo-intellectual nonsense that you've learned from smarter people. You call people normies for having opinions that don't agree with yours, and you call people NPCs because they don't buy into the cringy bullshit that you peddle.<br><br>We're better than this. You're better than this. It's time to try a different approach. I'm not going to tell you what that is, exactly. That's something you should figure out for yourself. But I don't think that this is working. I don't think anybody outside of this echo chamber thinks that this is working for you. I don't think that your friends think this is working.
