My girlfriend (34F) of 18 months asked my (38M) preference about her pubic hair and now finds me "revolting"

So yesterday my girlfriend (34F) asked me if I had a preference for how she groomed her pubic hair and I said that I liked it when women were completely shaven "down there" because it looked nicer. I made it very clear that it was okay if she didn't want to do that because it was her body and she could do what she wanted with it. Well, she did it and she looked HOW BEAUTIFUL. i couldn't keep my hands off her. <br><br>But then she went to the bathroom and saw blood and immediately started screaming so I went to see what was wrong and it was bleeding more and she was getting upset so I took her to the ER. She had to get stitches and the doctor said she had a few tears and that it was unlikely that she would be able to have kids now. <br><br>She's pretty upset and now she's asking for us to break up and saying that she can't believe I made her do that. I don't understand what she's mad at me for. I didn't make her do anything. I just gave her the option. Why is this my fault and how should I proceed?
