I (30F) am getting a lot of flak from my husband (33M) for having a whole room to myself

So my husband and I are childfree, and a couple of months ago we moved into a new house. It's a 4 bedroom house, and he has a home office for his job in one of them. He uses a second bedroom for his gym.

I have a home office too. I do freelance work, and so I have a home office. I use the other room as my own 'room' to have an escape from him. I can't work in my home office and relax in it too. I have a bed, a couch and a desk in my own room. It's the room in which I can do what I please. I do yoga in that room for example, or listen to music.

He doesn't get why I need a whole room to myself, and so he thinks that I could just work in my home office and relax in our shared living room. I told him a thousand times that I don't want to go to my home office when I am not working, and to me a living room is not a place where you can relax for hours, but rather a room in which you sit down with others for a couple of hours.

He just doesn't get it. Now he is trying to convince me to knock down the wall between his home office and my '.room' to have his office be as big as the length of two rooms. I really don't want that.
