To anyone who recently lost someone to death, please accept my sincerest condolences. To those who are currently grieving, I wish you understanding, compassion, and patience for yourselves during this time. May you find peace, comfort, and solace.

To those who struggle to let go of a lost relationship, I wish you love, and peace. It’s okay to grieve the loss of a loved one, regardless of the nature of the relationship. It’s okay to feel sad, angry, and hurt. It’s okay to mourn for what you thought you had, or what you wish you would have had. Just be kind, and compassionate with yourself during your process of healing. Feel your feelings. Acknowledge them. Validate them. Then, let go. He’s not coming back, and neither is she.

There is nothing you can do to make him come back. There is nothing you can do that will ever make her come back.

He’s not coming back. She’s not coming back.

You cannot make him come back because no one can control another human being. No one is responsible for someone else’s actions. You cannot force someone to love you as you wish to be loved. You cannot force someone to be with you, as you wish them to be.

Wishing will not make him come back. Waiting will not make her come back. Phone calls, and text messages will not make him come back. Social media posts, DMs, and likes will not make her come back.

Begging, pleading, and crying will not make him come back. Guilt tripping, and threatening will not make her come back.

He’s not coming back. She’s not coming back. There is nothing left to try, and nothing else left to do. There is nothing left to say. He’s not coming back. She’s not coming back.

So let go. Let go of the relationship. Let go of the pain, the hurt, the sadness, the anger, the disappointment, the frustration. Let go of the feelings of betrayal. Let go of feelings of inadequacy. Let go of the need for closure. Let go of the need for validation. Let go of the need for his/her approval. He’s not coming back. She’s not coming back.

You do not need anyone else’s approval to move on, to heal, and to live. Do not wait for him or her to tell you that it’s okay to move on. Do not wait for him/her to tell you that you are loved. Do not wait for him/her to tell you that you are worthy, and that you are enough. If he/she hasn’t told you this already, she/he is not coming back to tell you. He is not coming back, and she is not coming back.

You are worthy. You are enough. You are loved. You are beautiful. You are valuable. You are appreciated. You are needed. You are irreplaceable.

Do not wait any longer for someone else to tell you this. YOU tell yourself this. Tell yourself, repeatedly. Especially when you are alone, and it is quiet. Especially when you are alone, and it is loud. Tell yourself this when you are happy, and when you are sad. Tell yourself this when you are angry, and when you are hurt.

You are worthy. You are enough. You are loved. You are beautiful. You are valuable. You are appreciated. You are needed. You are irreplaceable.

He is not coming back. She is not coming back. But, YOU are here. You are still here, and you are not going anywhere. So, love yourself. Heal yourself. Nurture, and pamper yourself. Do things that make YOU happy. Make YOURSELF feel good. Love YOURSELF.

Because, yes. He’s not coming back. She’s not coming back. But, YOU are still here. You are still alive. You are still breathing. So go ahead. Take a deep breath in. Feel the oxygen fill up your lungs. Feel your heart beat. Feel life, and energy pulsing, and coursing throughout your body. Feel yourself being alive.

He’s not coming back. She’s not coming back. But, you are alive. So, be your best self. Be beautiful. Be happy. Be free. He’s not coming back, so live! Go on. Live. Live for you, and enjoy it.

Namaste, bitches.
