My (22 female) boyfriend (26 male) told me he would never be okay with me having a one night stand with someone else. He has had multiple one night stands before.

So yesterday, my boyfriend and I were just talking and having a conversation about nothing in particular and he randomly said to me, "I'll never be okay with you having a one night stand with someone else." And I was taken back kind of because I was just like "oh, okay", and I didn't really respond because I didn't want to start an argument. I did ask him, "well wouldn't you want me to tell you if I did?", because I wanted to see how he'd react, and he said, "I guess I would. But I'd never be okay with it." For context, I've never had a one night stand before, but my boyfriend admitted to having 3 one night stands with three different women before he met me (we've been dating for 3 years now). I don't know if it's just me, but hearing him say that was like a punch in the gut. It felt degrading and humiliating to be talked to like that. I feel like he basically implied that I don't have control over my own body and that I'm not allowed to have sex with anyone else. I'm just wondering if I should confront him about how he approached the conversation and how inappropriate his comment was. I'm just so confused on what to do. I can't stop thinking about it.<br><br>**TL;DR! I appreciate all the advice and I will take it into consideration. And just to clarify things, I said I was 22 but my boyfriend and I were both minors when we met. Also, I didn't say he told me not to have one night stands, I said he told me that he would never be okay with me having one night stands. The reason why I found it offensive is because he has had one night stands before and I've never had one night stands before.
