Is budget cooking dying?

Been cooking on a budget for a while and I don't want this to be a bashing of budget cooking type post. Budget is all about making the right choices to save money. It has to be done within limits, but in the last year I've noticed the types of posts, recipe choices, and resulting conversations are just not that budget friendly.

I remember seeing the "choose less" variety posts. 5 ways to cook an onion. instant pot vs Dutch oven conversations. How to reuse bacon fat.

I've seen the conversations shift from what is budget friendly to wallet harming brands that people don't even question the price.

I see people saying you shouldn't save when cooking. Which is great for some, but people come here for budget cooking advice.

I'm seeing a lot of "Food is more expensive," which is true for some areas, although in general people can make the right choices for cheaper.

Some of what I've noticed is due to the community changing, but I'm not sure.
