My boyfriend looks at other women and I feel so insecure

My boyfriend and I have been together for several months. He's really sweet to me and always says he loves me and I'm beautiful, but he looks at other women a lot. When we go to a grocery store or shopping, he always looks at other women. If someone posts a photo of themselves on Facebook, he checks it out and then tells me I look prettier anyway. He never hides this. <br><br>I am really insecure about my weight. I'm 5'4 and 160lbs. I've always been self conscious about my belly and my thighs because they are pretty big. I'm not sure how to talk to him about this. I don't want to sound insecure or controlling by telling him not to look at other women when we go out. I don't know how to get over my insecurity either. I want to work on my confidence.
