I sold my lungs for a million dollars. Was it worth it?

My rich friend had a weird request for me. His body had an abnormal deficiency that caused his lungs to weaken at an alarming rate, and he offered me a million dollars to sell him mine. I was in dire need of the money to pay for my brother's expensive treatment, so I agreed. I underwent surgery to remove my healthy lungs and replace them with artificial ones.
