Would you be upset if your boyfriend was more concerned with your safety than a random guys safety?

I’ve seen a few posts like this recently and I was wondering how you guys feel about this. For example, you’re driving on the highway and a random guy with a van has broke down and has hazards on with no spare tire. He’s on the side of the road and he’s safe, but you’re boyfriend is adamant on pulling over and checking on him, giving him a spare tire, or whatever. Am I overreacting if I’m upset at my boyfriend for this? I feel like it’s selfish to do that and it makes me feel like I’m taking second fiddle to this random guy.
