Rant

Don’t let them control the narrative, those of us in the 90s/2000s were told “there will be more jobs for technology”. Like those jobs still exist, but in the last 8 years I have applied for about 300, and still not a single job in IT or the Technology sector. <br><br>We all know how much money is being spent R&D-ing Ai and ChatGPT in the last 8 years. Sadly it’s gone from “a step in the right direction” to a full on technological singularity. <br><br>I will not let the “they will create new jobs” line drive me to despair. When have they ever created new jobs? They are too busy pushing their single minded agenda. <br><br>They can do whatever they want, but that won’t stop me from speaking out, and telling those around me to not buy into their narrative. They got lucky with the technological singularity, and want us to keep believing it will help us all. <br><br>I see the lies in their eyes, as they squirm around, in their attempts to justify this murder of humanity, and society. <br><br>I’m glad those of us here see through their BS, and know that it will only end in disaster.
