Has anyone else noticed the media parroting the line that the recession is over despite clearly no evidence of that being the case?

A wide array of recent media outlets are parroting the line that the recession is over despite a huge drop in housing prices and construction in 2023, with a mild recession seeming more likely than not. It seems clear that the Biden administration is pressuring the media to parrot this line to help Biden win in November, by a strategy of massaging public opinion without evidence to back it. I've never seen anything like this before, what a bizarre move by the Biden administration.
