How do you feel about the price of therapy and counseling, and access to mental health care? How do you feel about the lack of access to training for therapists?

This question was inspired by another thread that started as a post by a mental health worker venting about how much she hates her job. The post was put on r/trueoffmychest, and it inspired a lot of comments about things like the expense of training therapists, the expense of professional training in general, the lack of access to care now for individuals who cannot afford therapy, the lack of access to care for mental health workers, and the lack of training for mental health workers for specific types of therapy (like ACT). I'm curious to hear what you all have to say on the subject because mental health care seems to be one of those issues that everybody agrees is important, but not everybody agrees on how to get there.
