Why is that women absolutely love to ask men if they can “handle” us, then laugh and say they’re joking? It’s so annoying.

I get it, it’s all supposed to be in good fun, but it’s honestly one of my least favorite things. I’ve had plenty of women absolutely insist that they don’t have a big butt or a big chest, that they’re just “curvy,” and then proceed to tell me that they hope I can “handle” them.<br><br>This is probably just another case of something women have experienced being so normalized that we should just allow men to deal with it, too, but I figured I’d ask here if women actually enjoy this, and if so why.<br><br>Thanks in advance for your answers.
