Anyone else have a problem with their gpt 4 bar becoming unfixable?

A few days ago I was able to use gpt4 without the big orange bar. But now it’s back and I have no way to get rid of it with my browser settings. My mom did something in settings and now the bar is only for our home wifi, it stays present when I’m on my mobile hotspot. Can’t figure it out with my browser settings.
