Why does no one understand that the problem here is not the bugs, but the quality of our homes?

We've been living a fantasy for years knowing that our homes were just as leaky as the bugs themselves. The bugs have been here for thousands of years but I can count on one hand the number of times I saw the inside of my home infested with them. They always had their natural order of things and our home were engineered to withstand them. I built my current home in 2008 and never had a problem with them inside. Never even had screens on the windows. We build our homes like paper and then get mad at the bugs for the quality of it. I can't stand people who blame the bugs for the fact that our homes are so fragile.
