I’ve been barely cooking since quarantine and I think I’m gaining weight because of eating so much fast food/processed foods. It’s so late here, so instead of posting on the woe is me sub, I wanted to do something about it right now. Since I work 12 hour shifts, I plan to meal prep some essentials like rice and beans and veggies and tofu, and freeze them to save time during the week! I might buy a food processor to make cooking veggies easier haha. Thank you to this sub <3
