My bf is clearly beyond any hope.

When I met him, I made it very clear to him that I was a feminist and that he needed to be ready and willing to learn. He seemed up to the challenge and promised that he was. Recently, he got angry at me for wearing a bikini in front of him and, after he calmed down, I specifically pointed out to him how inappropriate his reaction was. He listens and promises to be better next time.I gave him several chances like that, and just the other day, I caught him calling a friend a “bitch”! I confronted him and let him know how offensive that was, but he insisted that he was just joking. I was so fed up that I told him I needed to go to therapy to deal with all the emotional abuse I'm receiving from him. I don’t know how much longer he’ll put up with this. I think I’m ready for him to leave.
