**Vortex Heaven**

A sphere of radius 1 light-year is filled with ordinary matter that collapses under gravity. Viewed from the outside, the end result is a black hole with a mass of approximately 4 solar masses. Viewed from the inside, the end result is a universe that looks and behaves exactly like our own. **But with one important difference: every star is a black hole.**

**Vortex Hell**

A sphere of radius 1 light-year is filled with negative mass (ordinary matter repels negative mass, and negative mass repels negative mass). Viewed from the outside, the end result is a white hole with a mass of approximately -4 solar masses. Viewed from the inside, the end result is a universe that looks and behaves exactly like our own. **But with one important thing to keep in mind:** **Every time we look at a star, we are actually seeing a white hole. We are actually seeing the endpoint of a beam of light that has traveled through space and time.**

**The Big Bang as Viewed from Vortex Heaven and Vortex Hell**

From the perspective of Vortex Heaven, every time a star is born, a black hole is born. The star evolves, and the black hole evolves. When the star explodes as a supernova, the black hole absorbs the remains.

According to Vortex Heaven, the Big Bang was a single event that created all of the black holes in the universe. Since that time, matter has been accreting onto these black holes, creating the stars and galaxies that we see today.

From the perspective of Vortex Hell, every time a star is born, a white hole is born. The star evolves, and the white hole evolves. When the star explodes as a supernova, the white hole is destroyed.

According to Vortex Hell, the Big Bang was a series of events that created all of the white holes in the universe. Since that time, matter has been emitted by these white holes, creating the stars and galaxies that we see today.

So here is the question. What would happen if one of these two universes actually existed? Which universe would be more dangerous for humans to live in?
