I'm a fan of content related to budgeting and frugal living. Ik everyone's has a different perspective on frugality but I'm sure everyone shows a general interest in how to save money. One perspective you don't see often is that of someone who makes a good amount of money(like someone who works in a professional kitchen). People at this income level often have the money and skill set to cook a variety of things. What would you cook on a daily basis if you were a busy chef and wanted to save money. What would you have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? What snacks would you have? How would you plan out your meals for the week and what are some strategies you use to save money?

I'm 1st generation working class, so really none of the cheap tricks I know were passed down to me. I feel like I can only rely on a few techniques to save money like making a meal in bulk or mostly eating beans and rice. I'd be interested in seeing how a professional approaches frugal cooking.
