I'm coming for you, Spanish..

I am an American who is barely able to order at a Mexican restaurant. I'm coming. I'm coming for you right now.<br><br>I've been stationed in Korea (R.O.K.) for about two years and have studied Korean for the last year and a half. I just spent the last two months (I'm gone for good now) in Mexico, and I tried to put my Korean fluency to the test in Spanish. The last time I was there, I knew nothing.<br><br>Well, I was astounded at how much Spanish I was able to understand. I knew virtually no Spanish, and for a month and some change, I could already communicate at a low B1 level. That is madness. I'm going to study Spanish, and with a well crafted plan, I'm going to make it happen.<br><br>If anyone else has gone from Korea to Spanish, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
