pretty sure a bunch of people already know this, but i think it's not talked about enough, if you have a lot of shit to do, sleep 5 hours or less a night and you'll get shit done, treat yourself when you feel bad and throw some vitamins in, this'll get you through even the most stressful hours of the day.
