What if anime as a whole was produced in the quality of shingeki no kyojin season 1, dragon ball z and other older anime that have that unique feel and sound to it

The title pretty much says it all but what do you think if anime was produced in the quality of all of the earlier anime, for example dragon ball z, attack on titan season 1, my hero academia up to season 3, that sort of feel and quality, not the super modernised way they produce it today
