It's funny how people will hide behind the "men are damaged" ideology, yet won't open up about what makes them damaged.

There's so much "men are so damaged", "men have a lot of trauma" and "men are plagued by mental health issues". This is all true. I don't deny it. But people will say this without actually talking about why this is the case.

It's easy to point out the things when it comes to women (body shaming, rape culture, underappreciation, etc). But I don't ever hear what's going on with men. If anything, people will just point out a few things in a passing manner (gynocentrism, gyno politics and whatnot).

Even if I were to look up information on men's issues, I'd expect to find plenty of pages and pages of information from various sources. But I don't. All I see are just statistics and percentages. I want to know *why* men have a hard time. I want to know what things happen to men.

What is it? Is it over competitiveness? Is it the harsh environment we put men in? Is it lack of expression (emotions, identity, etc)? Is it the fact men are disposable? Is it the fact men are held to higher standards than women? Is it the fact men are underappreciated?

I want to know. Please give me a list.
