How do I make productivity a bigger part of my life?

I spend a lot of time on this subreddit. I enjoy reading the content posted here and I think it's pretty cool. I tried using the bullet system for a while, but it didn't work out for me. I also just got a passport to make sure I could go on trips with friends. Tonight I'm going out with a friend to see a movie. I also have a GPA of 3.3 and just got a scholarship, and am in my third season with the debate team and am really proud of my success.

So why do I still feel like I'm not being productive? I feel like I don't have enough time for anything and that I just can't get anything done. I'm looking for advice specifically on how I can get more interested in productivity. I spend alot of time on my phone and I don't want that to define my college experience.
