What makes women ask someone "Are you okay?"?

Sorry for the length<br><br>I’m a guy, I don’t go out and get drunk and on weekends and act like a complete ass in front of my friends all for the sake of fun, instead I’m home reading my books or watching anime or hanging out with my friend who’s an aquarius. I’ve got a gym membership but I don’t go everyday to check out the girls or be that troublemaker, I just sweat my ass off on the treadmill. When I’m at the gym I rarely make eye contact or make a conversation with anyone, I just don’t like to talk to people. I don’t go outside because I know I’m socially awkward and I don’t wanna make a fool of myself in public. I don’t want to make eye contact or conversation with anyone when I’m walking down the road or taking the public transport. I don’t go to the shopping mall or movie theater on weekends to hang out with people, I’m not doing anything bad, I’m just socially awkward and I don’t wanna make a mistake out in public by making eye contact or making conversation with strangers. I’m not only socially awkward, but I’m also on this anxiety medication that makes me sleepy when I’m out. I’m also a guy who’s into cooking and baking, I’m not good at it as my mother in law, but for a guy, I’m good for more than a couple of things. I can already see your expressions, you’re in complete disgust at how socially inept I am, I can see the disgust on your face, you don’t even know me, yet you have this negative perception of me, I just don’t understand why I’m being judged so harshly just because I’m socially inept.<br><br>I was going for a walk last night when I saw this woman, she was probably in her 30’s, my age range, she was walking with her dog. And then she looks at me and she gives me this disgusted stare, like she’d seen the devil himself, I don’t know what I did to make her look at me like that, but I hate being stared at. As soon as she gave me that look, I looked away and walked faster. I guess she thought something was wrong with me and she decided to ask me if I was okay, I don’t know, maybe she thought I was drunk or high or maybe she thought I was into some weird kinks. I don’t know what goes through a woman’s mind when she sees a socially inept man like me. She literally asked me IF I WAS OKAY? I mean what’s wrong with me? Am I acting weird? Is there something wrong with me? Is she trying to make fun of me? I’ve literally been asked “are you okay?” like four times this year by random women, I don’t know what to make of it. I just ignore it and walk away because I know I’m socially inept.<br><br>I don’t know what women want from me, I’m not bothering them, they just come at me out of nowhere and start staring at me and asking me random questions, I don’t get it. Can someone explain to me what’s going on in a woman’s mind when they see me walking down the street and then they ask me “Are you okay?”. It just makes me more nervous and anxious, I don’t know what to make of it.
